Once a purchase is completed, no refund or exchange is accepted. Keep in mind that colors of purchased artworks may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen, as monitor display calibrations can vary. 

Shipping is included for Canada orders unless specified in the artwork description. Review your order carefully before submitting to insure the receiver's address is well inputed. If this is a U.S or international order, additional shipping fees will be separately billed. Reach out so we can find the best rate for your location!

Artworks are carefully packaged with as much recycled elements as possible to protect them during shipment, and increase a sustainable approach to artwork shipping.

However, if your work has been damaged during transit, please contact me via pascale.papercut[at]gmail.com, with the subject artwork shipment damage, and I will help get to the bottom of it with you.

Shipping damages must be reported within 4 days of receiving the artwork.

Every original artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity. The certificate is added to the shipping box before being sent out. Excludes prints, sketches, preliminary works.
