Festival Hors Service
2025 | September 26th, 2025 - September 27th, 2025
Ateliers 3333 | Canada Culture Days
The inaugural edition of Festival Hors Service functioned as a critical intersection of contemporary experimentation and social practice. Situated in Montreal’s Saint-Michel district, at the emblematic Ateliers 3333, the festival sought to decentralize the city's cultural landscape, interrogating the role of art in underrepresented urban sectors.
As a featured artist, Pascale Jean contributed to the democratization of the aesthetic experience using her unique visual language as an agent of engagement. Her work acted as a catalyst for dialogue, exploring how playful figuration and sculptural experimentation can bridge the gap between rigorous studio research and public accessibility.
